The Writers

Kimberly Alu is a comedy writer with a dark side. She spent the last five years writing and working for different production companies across Los Angeles. While there, she had the privilege to write and perform for Comedy Central’s Key and Peele at Second City Hollywood; additionally she ran an independent writing group that produced sketches once a month for two years without fail called Sketch Time Strangers. Since moving back to New York she has written, produced, and starred in her one act play Jumper and is currently in pre-production for her two act play Carnival Games which will be making its premier at The Hudson Guild Theatre in July. Nikki Elizabeth is a 23 year old who holds a Bachelors of Arts in English Writing, and a member of Sigma Tau Delta: The International Honor Society of English. It’s quite obvious that writing is her passion. She is a complete bibliophile who loves the smell of new books, the feel of old ones, & handwritten messages hidden between the pages of those old books. She enjoys the sizzle of Cherry Pepsi, the smell & fashion of autumn, and the taste of British chocolate. A diehard Anglophile, Nikki is completely enamored with the Tudor and Victorian era. She is a Ravenclaw & credits J.K. Rowling as her inspiration to become a writer. You could read more of her writing here.
